With Anne Surcouf, a first session costs €75 and lasts 60 to 90 minutes: a full review of your situation and the first concrete things to try. A follow-up session costs €85 for two hours, with Anne’s availability between sessions included. Same price at the practice or by video. No subscription, no commitment.

What happens in a first session?
A first session is a time to talk and to listen. Together, we take stock of your situation and of what you need. It is a space without judgement, where you can speak freely. It is also a working session from the start: we begin to identify what is getting in your way and set out concrete things to try.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies with each person and each issue. Some prefer regular follow-up over several months. We set the pace together, to suit what you need.
Can sessions take place remotely?
Yes. Sessions take place in person at the practice (20 rue des Écoles, Paris 5th) or by video call, at the same price.
How is this different from seeing a psychologist?
Life coaching focuses on the present and the future, with a practical, solution-focused approach. We work together on concrete changes in your daily life, with practical tools suited to you. Anne Surcouf makes no diagnosis, and coaching does not replace medical or psychological care.
Are sessions reimbursed?
Life coaching is not covered by the Sécurité sociale, the French state health insurance. Some mutuelles, the private complementary health insurers, offer partial reimbursement. It is worth checking with yours.
